Classification of stamping dies
1. Punching die: A mold that separates materials along closed or open contour lines. Such as material dropping die, punching die, cutting die, cutting die, edge cutting die, cutting die, etc.
2. Bending die: A mold that causes bending deformation of sheet metal blanks or other blanks along a straight line (bending curve), thereby obtaining workpieces with a certain angle and shape.
3. Deep drawing die: It is a mold that makes blank sheet metal into open hollow parts, or further changes the shape and size of the hollow parts.
4. Forming mold: It is a mold that directly replicates the shape of a blank or semi-finished workpiece into a convex or concave mold according to the drawing, while the material itself only undergoes local plastic deformation.
Such as bulging die, shrinking die, expanding die, undulating forming die, flanging die, shaping die, etc.
5. Riveting die: It is a method of using external force to connect or overlap the participating parts in a certain order and manner, thereby forming a whole.
